While still shorthanded, the Toronto Raptors will be getting one of their top pieces back for a showdown on the West Coast.
Point guard Immanuel Quickley is available to return to the Raptors lineup against the Los Angeles Lakers, head coach Darko Rajakovic told reporters ahead of tip-off on Sunday.
Quickley has been out for the last two Raptors games with back spasms. He last played on Jan. 12 in a loss to the Philadelphia 76ers,
The 26-year-old is averaging 16.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 6.1 assists through 40 appearances in his second full season in Toronto.
Additionally, Rajakovic said that forward Jamison Battle will be available for the Raptors after missing Friday's overtime loss to the Los Angeles Clippers with an ankle sprain.
The second-year wing is averaging 3.4 points and 1.5 rebounds while shooting 56.3 per cent from the field and 45.0 per cent from three-point range.
Though the Raptors are getting a couple of players back, they'll be without RJ Barrett (ankle), Jakob Poeltl (back) and Ja'Kobe Walter (hip).
